Einfach gut! Deutsch für die Integration B1.2 Coursebook with integrated workbook
Einfach gut! Deutsch für die Integration is a newly-developed coursebook for use in integration courses. Einfach gut! aims to help make the learning and teaching experience easy and enjoyable for both learners and teachers alike, while fully preparing students to pass the German Test for Immigrants (Deutsch-Test für Zuwanderer). Einfach gut! B1.2 is the sixth and final resource spanning the three-level coursebook series. Upon completion of both B1.1 and B1.2 coursebooks, students will have reached the B1 level.
Einfach gut! is the perfect choice for adults who wish to either teach or study German. The coursebook is specifically designed for use in integration courses, focusing on furthering students’ integration into society as well as the professional labour market. Einfach gut! rests on two foundations: the Framework Curriculum for Integration Courses and the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This three-level coursebook series leads to completion of the B1 level and consists of six individual coursebooks that include end-of-unit and practice tests to help students prepare for the German Test for Immigrants (Deutsch-Test für Zuwanderer).
Each coursebook is organized around six clearly structured units, which are complemented by an integrated workbook, a separate chapter on pronunciation and end-of-unit tests. Einfach gut! B1.2 includes lessons based on the following themes: Germany – my second home?; A new job; Office life; Eating healthy; Well-insured!; and, Ready for the exam. Einfach gut! B1.2 also comes with a mock examination of the German Test for Immigrants (Deutsch-Test für Zuwanderer).
Einfach gut! B1.2 uses task formats that promote reflection on practices for self-directed study. As a closing finish to the integration course, this coursebook also prepares students for the German Test for Immigrants (Deutsch-Test für Zuwanderer). Upon completion of the B1 level, students will be able to speak coherently and confidently about familiar every day and job-related topics and personal interests.
