Pursuant to Section 3 (5) of the Terms and Conditions, the following notice applies. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed to us that you are aware that by your consent you lose your right of withdrawal when we begin performance of the contract.
